CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 34(STA) am Urging the                                                                         
United States Congress to fund all the facilities and vessels necessary                                                         
for the United States Coast Guard to fulfill its Arctic missions,                                                               
including icebreakers and an Arctic Coast Guard base, was read the                                                              
second time.                                                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
Senator Meyer moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                                        
resolution be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.
